Base Plans
A single site visit is carried out for a client briefing, consultation and site survey works. (see the design process for further details). A subsequent single visit is carried out for the presentation and interpretation of the design. If necessary a revision drawing will be produced with noted required amendments. For site visits further than 25km from either of our locations (Raheny, Dublin or Stamullen, Meath), additional travel charges apply at the rate €1.50/km over 25 km. Please contact us prior to your purchase to attain the approximate additional cost, should you live further than 25km from either of our locations.
What's Included In This Package?

A site visit for client consultation, receipt of client brief and carrying out of site survey work. This usually take 1-1.5 hrs although larger sites will require additional time.

A follow up site visit to present and interpret the drawing concept. The presented drawing will be a 2 dimensional, fully scaled hard copy drawing generally at A2 or A3 size (larger scale available by requested at additional cost). In addition, a digital pdf copy will be emailed, should you wish to produce additional copies.

Where necessary, a revision drawing will be produced taking note of any amendments necessary to bring the design to completion.
