Project Management

Project management can include some or all of the following provisions:
 

  • Examination of likely contractor’s professional credentials, experience and possession of appropriate liability insurance.

  • Examination of submitted tender prices and recommendation of preferred contractors.

  • Initiating the commencement of the projects.

  • Ensuring adherence by the contractor to the  principles of the design.

  • Monitoring work progress and ensuring industry standard correct procedures and methodologies are followed during each phase of the garden build.

  • Liaising between client and contractors to ensure smooth running of the project.

  • Dispute resolution, should difficulties arise between client and contractors.

  • Signing off of phased payments to contractors.

  • Endeavoring to ensure that the project runs to schedule and that the budget is adhered too.

  • Preparation of snag lists, to be rectified before final payment to contractors. 

  • Signing off of completed projects.
