Project management can include some or all of the following provisions:

Examination of likely contractor’s professional credentials, experience and possession of appropriate liability insurance.

Examination of submitted tender prices and recommendation of preferred contractors.

Initiating the commencement of the projects.

Ensuring adherence by the contractor to the principles of the design.
-
Monitoring work progress and ensuring industry standard correct procedures and methodologies are followed during each phase of the garden build.

Liaising between client and contractors to ensure smooth running of the project.

Dispute resolution, should difficulties arise between client and contractors.
-
Signing off of phased payments to contractors.
-
Endeavoring to ensure that the project runs to schedule and that the budget is adhered too.

Preparation of snag lists, to be rectified before final payment to contractors.

Signing off of completed projects.
